Map & Directions

Hidden Woods is based at Farleigh Wood, approximately 6 miles south of Bath. Access to the site is directly off the A36, through a five bar gate immediately to the right of the Bath Lodge Castle hotel - you’ll see a blue sign with our logo on it. Due to the rural location of the woods there are no public transport links in close proximity to the site.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DRIVERS

The site entrance is on a fast stretch of the A36. You should indicate and start to slow very early – as soon as the castle comes into view. Please ensure that you do not pull into the neighbouring hotel entrance.

Directions

From Bath:

Take the A36 towards Warminster. Continue past the Freshford and Iford turn-offs. Pass the Esso garage on the brow of a hill and soon after Farleigh Road Farm Shop will come into view on the right hand side. Continue straight down the A36, and the site entrance is approximately 300m on the left hand side. Go through the gate (see photo above) and continue down the track, go through the second gate and immediately turn right to reach the drop-off and parking areas.

From Frome:

Join the A36 towards Bath. Continue straight on at Woolverton. After approximately 1 mile the castle and site entrance will come into view on the right hand side. Go through the gate and continue down the track, go through the second gate and immediately turn right to reach the drop-off and parking areas.

From Trowbridge/Bradford on Avon:

Take the A366 towards Radstock. At the junction with the A36 turn left. The castle and site entrance will come into view almost immediately on the left hand side. Go through the gate and continue down the track, go through the second gate and immediately turn right to reach the drop-off and parking areas.
