Sian

Sian’s journey into early years education began after becoming a mum and discovering the joy of supporting children as they explore the world around them and their place within it. After initially studying Business Studies, she retrained to Level Six standard in early years and childcare and has since worked across Early Years and Primary settings.

Her experience includes supporting children in both mainstream classrooms and specialist resource bases, where she brings a calm, thoughtful and inclusive approach to learning.

A lifelong lover of the outdoors, Sian is an enthusiastic puddle jumper, leaf kicker and countryside wanderer. She is currently completing her Level Three Forest School Leader qualification with Wiltshire Wildlife and loves helping children connect with nature through hands-on, playful experiences.

Happily analogue, Sian enjoys walking in the countryside, reading, board games and spending time with friends and family. She is a qualified Level 3 Forest School Leader with Paediatric and Forest School First Aid training and an enhanced DBS check.
