Steve

Originally from the Bath area, in 2002 Steve left a successful career in event management in order to pursue his passion for the great outdoors, with a view to eventually combining the two. Since then he has qualified and worked in a wide range of adventure activities, including mountaineering, expedition leadership and bushcraft.

Having returned to Bath with his young family in 2011 in order to develop Hidden Woods, his goal is to provide similar opportunities to those which were so formative in his own childhood – getting muddy, climbing trees, learning about the natural world around us and all the opportunities and surprises it presents.

Steve is a Level 3 Forest School leader with enhanced CRB disclosure and numerous outdoor leadership and First Aid qualifications. He is supported by a highly experienced team of outdoor practitioners, Forest School leaders and play workers, whose combined skills enable us to deliver exceptional events at our truly stunning woodland camp. Steve has is First Aid trained and has enhanced DBS disclosure.
